1. Refund requests must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery.

2. Product inspection is mandatory before approval.

3. Refunds are initiated only after the product passes quality checks.

3.  Refund Timeline

1. UPI / Wallets: 5–7 working days

2. Debit/Credit Card / Net Banking: 7–10 working days

3. Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

4.  Mode of Refund

1. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
