Eligibility for Refund
A refund is applicable only in the following cases:
Manufacturing defect
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Refunds are not applicable for:
Size issues (exchange only)
Customized or stitched-to-order uniforms
Clearance or discounted products (unless defective)
. Refund Process
Refund requests must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery.
Product inspection is mandatory before approval.
Refunds are initiated only after the product passes quality checks.
Refund Timeline
UPI / Wallets: 5–7 working days
Debit/Credit Card / Net Banking: 7–10 working days
Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
Mode of Refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
