1.  Return Eligibility
   Returns are accepted only if:

1. The product is defective

2. The wrong item was delivered 

2.  Return Conditions
   Product must be

1. Return requests must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery.

2. Unused

3. Unwashed

4. With original tags, invoice, and packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

1. Customized uniforms (logo/name stitched or printed)

2. Products damaged after delivery

3. Bulk or institutional orders (unless contractually agreed)

4. Return Pickup

1. Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.

2. In non-serviceable areas, customers may be asked to self-ship.

1. Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

2. Once stitching, customization, or shipping has started, cancellation is not allowed.

2.  Bulk Wholesale / School Orders

1. Cancellation terms for bulk wholesale or school orders are governed by written agreements or purchase orders.

3.  Refund on Cancellation

1. Approved cancellations are refunded as per the Refund Policy timeline
